We design and develop all our products in-house. We immerse ourselves in our customers' world: What is needed? What is missing? What does a healthy workplace look like? What fits in terms of design? We incorporate all this knowledge, bundled with more than 40 years of experience, into our products.
Each product undergoes an extensive process before it is released. This is to make sure we make the right product for the right market demand.
A new product requires a lot of planning and research: what are we going to make for whom and how? Which materials are suitable, which functions should it contain?
We make mood boards, sketches, concepts and experiment. This is how we get closer step by step.
Our products are designed
and developed in-house
Our products are packaged as plastic-free as possible
We are ISO:9001 and ISO:14001 certified
When we are more than happy with a concept, our engineers start working on it. Protoypes are made, materials are tested and extensive thought goes into how best to make our products.
What makes Dataflex unique is that we not only have in-house designers and engineers, but also that this team makes it their mission to develop products as durable and solid as possible. This allows us to guarantee a long lifespan for high-quality products, but also minimise our impact on the environment.
We would like to have as little impact as possible. On the environment, that is. We keep our impact as low as possible by using recycled paper as filling material and recycled cardboard as packaging. We try to keep the amount of plastic to an absolute minimum.
Furthermore, we fight discrimination, bribery and corruption and ensure that there is no child labour, modern slavery or conflict minerals anywhere in our production chain.
From our own warehouse, we send our products around the world. We plan our logistics processes as carefully as possible, both inbound and outbound, to minimise unnecessary transport movements. Because of our care and quality, we rarely need to send products or parts back. Just get it right the first time - that is our aim!

Besides continuing to do what we do best - design and manufacture ergonomic workplace accessories - our ambitions lie in particular on getting our processes even more sustainable. We want our products to be fully circular. And we are not B corp certified for nothing. This means that our social and ecological performance is not only monitored, but even certified. We set that bar as high as possible.
We like to do things a little differently and you probably do too. Over the past decades, we have designed and made numerous different OEM and ODM specials. So we can easily add your company colours or logo to your product or customise the product to suit your assembly needs. So whether you want to modify an existing product or have a completely new product developed, we are happy to help. Maybe it's time for a cup of coffee?
Contact usIt is always nice to take a look at a successfully completed project. A chance to see how work is done and whether the solutions provided really meet the needs. Powerhouse Company is an award-winning international architecture firm. So when they wanted a new headquarters, of course they designed it themselves. The result was Rotterdam's most talked-about new office building in 2022: a Floating Office in the Rijnhaven in the heart of the city.
In June 2021, we were approached by our partner Pami. Their client Stobart, one of the UK's leading logistics companies, was looking to combine a docking station with a dual monitor arm for workstations in the company's European headquarters at the Genk Green Logistics site in Belgium.
