There is currently no direct link between the pCon platform and our dealer portal. However, the same product can be put together in our configurator.
pCon Planner is an interior design and space planning software. It allows users to create 2D and 3D layouts of projects and visualise furniture. It is popular with interior designers and architects for creating realistic presentations. Naturally, you can find Dataflex products in pCon.

Orders received by us before 12:00 (GMT+1 time zone in winter / GMT+2 time zone in summer) will be shipped from our warehouse immediately on the same day (if in stock), For all other orders, the date is indicated on the order itself.

After you have placed your order and it has been processed, you can expect an order confirmation on the same day. This confirmation contains all the necessary information to keep you properly informed. As soon as the shipment leaves our warehouse, we will send an e-mail to you or the recipient with the Track & Trace details so that you can track exactly where your order is.

You have two options to choose from:
Option 1- We are at your service to collect the shipment. We do this by requesting a collection order from one of our carriers. To arrange this, we only need the number of parcels and the total weight of the shipment. An important note is that it is not possible to add additional parcels afterwards when the carrier comes to collect the return shipment.
Option 2- You can also choose to return the return shipment yourself. We will provide you with a return form that contains all the necessary information, including the address to which the return should be sent.

If you wish to return the products, you must submit a return request to us.
Once you have submitted a return request (RMA) and we have approved it, we will send you the return form to be attached to the package.
Please note that the return request remains valid in our system for 10 working days. After this period, the RMA request will automatically expire and be removed from our system.

Dataflex displays its commitment to sustainability in several ways. Annually, we calculate the full carbon emissions of all our business activities and products, which we fully offset. Our ultimate goal is to achieve zero emissions, making offsetting unnecessary.
While offsetting is important, our main focus is on further reducing our carbon footprint. We achieve this by using recycled and recyclable materials, applying modular design principles and our Circularity Programme, among others.

Dataflex aims to have as little impact as possible, especially on the environment. Among other things, we achieve this by using recycled paper as filling material and packing our products in recycled cardboard. We strive to keep the use of plastic to an absolute minimum.
While we continue to excel in our core business of designing and manufacturing ergonomic workplace accessories, our ambition lies mainly in making our processes more sustainable. We aim for our products to become fully circular. The B Corp certification underlines our commitment; it means our social and environmental performance is closely monitored and recognised.
Dataflex products are recyclable! If the products are no longer needed or you wish to keep them, we are happy to assist through our Dataflex Circularity Programme. With the aim on reducing the environmental impact of our products and minimising waste, we offer the opportunity to take back our products. Where the opportunity exists, we aim to refurbish the products and give them a second or even third life. In situations where this is no longer possible, we ensure that the materials are recycled appropriately.
