As a family business, we consider our employees to be extended family members, which of course sounds very cliché but many of our team members have been with us for over 20 years and some have even been with us for over 40!
Our company has expanded considerably over the years, growing from 20 employees in 2008 to more than 40 employees in 2024. Despite this growth, it remains incredibly important for us to give our employees enough personal attention and help them get the most out of themselves.
To accomplish this, we launched an assessment and coaching program called “Learning at work” in 2023. The goal is not only to provide employees and managers with bilateral feedback, but also to exchange feedback between departments to enable personal growth from a 360-degree perspective.
To further support this growth, we offer paid studies, workshops and in-house training.
As a manufacturer and developer of ergonomic workplace accessories, we naturally provide our employees with the latest sit-stand workstations and ergonomic tools to ensure a comfortable and healthy work environment. In addition, we provide ergonomic training for our own staff. This makes not only the importance of our products clearer, but also the importance of healthy working as a whole.
We help select relevant studies and workshops to challenge employees to continue to develop.

In 2019, we established the Health, Wellness, and Happiness (HWH) team. Its mission: to launch social and environmental initiatives that positively impact both our local communities and our employees. Team members change annually to ensure that we collectively and maximally contribute to this mission. The HWH team has organized numerous events that combine fun with meaningful contributions, such as our annual participation in World Cleanup Day to remove trash from our neighborhood and the Challengize competition to promote a culture of fitness and wellness.
To ensure that our efforts extend beyond our company, we conduct ongoing sustainability training and supplier audits to align our environmental, social and good governance values.
