It’s here! Our 2023 sustainability report is now online—a summary of our major initiatives and achievements over the past year.
In 2023, we revised the structure of our sustainability report to better align with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). While this directive is not mandatory for SMEs of our size, we believe it provides a solid framework for disclosing information that is both meaningful and relevant to our business. By adopting this approach, we aim not only to improve transparency but also to better align with the reporting needs of our clients, many of whom will be required to comply with the CSRD in the future.
Key Milestones from 2023
Headquarters Renovation for Enhanced Energy Efficiency
The most significant achievement of the year was the renovation of our headquarters. We installed 300 solar panels and upgraded the windows to HR+++ glazing. These improvements have yielded impressive results: year-on-year, we have reduced our gas consumption by 61%, and 87% of our electricity needs are now met by self-generated power. Looking ahead, we are exploring energy storage solutions and aim to extend these sustainability efforts across our entire supply chain.

Employee Development: 360-Degree Learning at Work
This year, we also launched our 360-degree learning program. Moving away from the traditional hierarchical feedback model, this initiative allows employees to receive feedback from colleagues across different departments and disciplines. By fostering a more inclusive feedback system, we aim to promote continuous learning and improved collaboration within the workplace.
